Diversity Is Our Strength

Our teams include people from different backgrounds. Different languages. Different cultures. Diverse life stories and professional experience. We see this diversity as genuine enrichment—it shapes our daily life, our approach, and our pedagogical work, as long as it rests on a foundation of shared values.

Space for Ideas and Shared Influence

We are a leading organization with short communication channels and open dialogue. Your opinion matters to us! In team meetings, reflection days, surveys, or direct conversations with network management—your experience becomes an active part of shaping and developing our kindergartens.

True Work-Life Balance

We know how important balance is.
That is why we ensure fair working hours, family-friendly work arrangements, and flexible solutions when life changes.

Trust, consideration, and team spirit—with us, it goes without saying.

Want to work in a kindergarten where your perspective matters and you are an active partner in shaping daily life? Our management approach at Kindergan is agile—with clear goals, short communication channels, and great trust in the teams.

Our approach is inspired by Frederic Laloux (Reinventing Organizations).
We view our educational centers as living organizations, where people act with personal responsibility. Decisions are made as close as possible to where they are needed—in the team, close to the field and daily life. Instead of traditional hierarchies, we work at eye level. Responsibility is distributed according to need and carried together.

Our feedback culture works in all directions—among colleagues, between teams, and up to management. Feedback is not a control tool, but a tool for growth—for each individual and for the kindergarten as a whole.

To make this work in daily practice, we use simple and clear tools: a short daily meeting every day, defined annual goals for teams, and regular reflection times. This way we continue to move forward together—with openness, continuous learning, and a constant focus on the well-being of the children.
