Complaints and Reports – Together We Improve

In a lively and vibrant kindergarten, many things run smoothly – and sometimes less so. If you feel that you, your child, or others have not been treated appropriately by the kindergarten staff, it is important to us that you contact us and share your concerns.

Your inquiries, comments, and complaints help us review our work, learn, and improve – for the benefit of all children and families.

Why Your Feedback Is So Important

Sometimes situations arise from good intentions, under time pressure, or from a desire to address challenges – but over time they may develop, become complicated, and even carry higher risks. Your complaints and comments help us identify such developments at an early stage and learn from mistakes systematically and professionally.

You may also encounter situations that you believe do not comply with legal requirements or should not occur at all. If you suspect that Kindergan staff are not acting in accordance with legal requirements, it is important that you report this to us. This allows us to thoroughly investigate the case – and if necessary, stop or correct the conduct.

Through our reporting portal, you can submit personal complaints as well as anonymous reports. In this way, you are active partners in maintaining child safety at Kindergan and creating a safe, respectful, and protected environment for all involved.

What Happens After You Submit Your Complaint?

When you contact us with a complaint, we will first listen to you attentively and take what you share very seriously. We will then thoroughly examine the situation you described, and if necessary, conduct our own internal investigation to understand the full picture.

We may follow up with you with additional clarifying questions to ensure the facts are clear and accurate. After reviewing the matter, you will receive structured feedback from us regarding how the complaint was handled and the steps taken as a result.

If during the investigation a suspicion of a legal violation is substantiated, we will report it to the relevant authorities – regardless of whether the suspicion is later confirmed as justified or not.
